Lamurians live in a unique environment with its own set of physics. Accordingly, they have developed very unusual architecture, from the natural growths of coral to the artificial bubbles held down by seaweed.
Lamurians use a strange mix of natural and artificial materials. Some buildings are coral, others bubbles, while still others a mix of the two. The coral is easy to obtain and simply requires patience for it to grow, while the bubbles are crafted by Lamurian smiths. Most commonly, the bubbles are used to house surface-dwellers since they are capable of air-tight conditions. Strangely, the bubbles have an organic look to them, almost seeming as alive as the coral. Lamurians prefer not to use doors because they tend to grow over with coral, but when forced to keep out intruders, Lamurians will place the same material as the bubbles over the doors.
Lamurian art is based on sound and is most commonly expressed as music. They will occasionally use light as well, but this is rare. There's simply no point to tiles work or painting since the reef will quickly grow over any such efforts.
