The Entombed Will is a named undead dragon that can be found inside the blighted dragon city of Draak. It is part of the Rite of Passage, and it is necessary to summon it during this quest before it can be defeated. There are level 50-60 Withered Scales near the area, but will not attack unless players move the fight outside of the small cavern.
