Ability reward given from Spirit of Antolathes (He resides inside the Tomb of Ashlander Vandus 219/196). This is a side quest you can complete after you receive the Plundered Tombs: The Tomb of Ashlander Vandus (2). This part of the The Plundered Tombs series. Quest title is "Antolathes: Revenge". You simply have to kill "Torrash" while inside the Tomb, then return to Antolathes for this reward.
