Angels were a planned playable race, now only seen in concept art.
Angels use every opportunity to advertise Rasha's greatness, and their buildings are no exception. Angels build from crystal. Their cities look as if crystal, glass, and mirror had been mixed into one artificial city of perfection. They use extremely tall structures with many balconies, and almost ALWAYS have symmetrical buildings. The colors scintillate, ranging primarily through greens and blues.
Angels don't engage in art, although their cities are considered art all by themselves.
